Valery Tsepkalo at a meeting with Rihards Kols, head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Latvian Sejm, and members of the committee discussed the need for a collective ultimatum to Lukashenka and the complete blocking of cargo transit if all political prisoners in Belarus are not released and a criminal case is opened and Lukashenka is recognised as a terrorist.
