At the National Press Club in Washington, he presented a strategy for solving the political crisis and the need to issue an ultimatum to Lukashenko, which would allow the release of political hostages in a very short time. He declared the necessity to form a representative body elected by the people and to consolidate democratic forces on the basis of basic values. Among the participants there were journalists, diplomats, experts from analytical centers.
